out of state DWI charges/convictions

 If you live in North Carolina and receive a DWI charge or conviction in another state, Twin City Counseling Center can provide a DWI substance abuse assessment and make recommendations that will comply with the other state’s requirements.

The fee for the assessment is $100 + $10.75 to download a current driving record. 

Please bring any related paperwork you have from the other state. 

Please allow approximately 90 minutes for the assessment.

Some states require additional paperwork documentation to satisfy their requirements. Our staff will determine if additional fees need to be charged to satisfy the state’s documentation requirements.
